There is NO money reward, and you won't get a lot of drops in dungeons. You may get lucky and get a mold, but don't count on it. Do an fb every once in a while, don't constantly stand in towns asking for call to duties.

How does this make money? Because it relates to grinding. No fb's = more grinding = more money.
